What is hair perfume?

Our hair perfume is an eau de parfum, specifically formulated for hair. It’s infused with vitamin E and Aloe Vera as a benefit to hair, while adding fragrance and shine.

How do I use hair perfume?

For subtle radiance spray a single sprits into the air, step underneath, allowing the mist to settle gently into the hair. To enhance the depth of fragrance simply repeat. Best when applied to dry styled hair.

Can I use hair perfume on my skin?

Yes, although specifically formulated for hair, our fragrances may also be used on the body as a perfume.

I ordered the wrong item! What do I do?

Once you place an order at Ex Animo, you cannot make changes through the store. Please call us as soon as possible, so we can correct your order before the goods ship. For assistance please email store@exanimofragrance.com or call us at 800.967.8292.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the receipt of your order. Additionally, we are closed from the week between Christmas and New Year's Day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only residents in CA are required to pay sales tax.

What is your return policy?

You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. Please contact Customer Service at 800.967.8292, or email us at store@exanimofragrance.com for a return authorization and instructions. You can expect a refund to your credit card 14-30 days once the product has been returned and processed by Ex Animo. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Can I return an item that I have used?

Sorry, only products in new unused condition will be accepted for returns.

What is a CSC code?

A card security code is an added safeguard for your credit card purchases. Depending on the type of credit card you use, it is a 3 or 4 digit number printed on the back or front of your credit card. For most online credit card purchases from us, the security code is required information. On MasterCard and Visa, your identification number is the 3 digit number found on the back of your credit card near the signature panel.
